Applications for all ADHA Foundation Scholarships are to be submitted by completing all of the following forms. Applications submitted through another means will not be submitted for consideration. 

 

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for ADHA Foundation scholarships. 

  1. Must be a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA).
  2. Must be enrolled in an accredited dental hygiene program in the United States.
  3. Must have completed at least 1 semester of a pre-Dental Hygiene or Dental Hygiene based curriculum.
  4. Students in their final year of their program are ineligible for funds, due to disbursement schedule.
  5. A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

Applications must be received by 12:00pm (CT), on Saturday, February 28, 2026. No late applicants will be considered and all applicants must meet the minimum criteria. Current ADHA Board Members and Scholarship Review Committee members are not eligible for consideration.
