The iMasons awards program showcases and amplifies the outstanding contributions of leaders in the digital infrastructure industry who have led by example and achieved tangible and sustained results. As part of our 2020 Award program we will be honoring four different categories of awards:

  • IM100 Awards
  • Diversity & Inclusion Champion Award
  • Education Champion Award
  • Sustainability Champion Award.

2020 IM100 Awards

The vision of iMasons is to Unite the Builders of the Digital Age by enabling our global membership to Connect, Grow, and Give Back. Our four strategic industry priorities to – increase Awareness, enhance Education opportunities, champion Diversity & Inclusion, and inspire Sustainability are embodied by our members, as well as other industry leaders.

As we look to inspire our future generation to pursue technical careers, we invite you to nominate those individuals who are making a difference in digital infrastructure. The IM100 Awards recognize and celebrate the 100 individuals who are contributing to the digital infrastructure industry in meaningful and measurable ways.

2020 Diversity & Inclusion Champion Award

One of the most pressing challenges we face in the digital infrastructure industry is attracting and retaining talent – there simply aren’t enough available, qualified people in the current talent pool to build and operate the systems and continue the pace of technological innovation. Fortunately, we needn’t look far for a solution: women and other underrepresented groups represent a huge and relatively untapped pool of tech talent.

Infrastructure Masons are committed to expanding diversity and inclusion by promoting a culture of awareness in our industry. The Infrastructure Masons launched The Diversity & Inclusion Champion Award in 2018 to recognize and celebrate achievers in diversity and inclusion so their contributions become visible, rewarded and amplified throughout the industry.

The aim is to change the image of the industry and convince underrepresented groups to consider a career in IT and attract a wider group of people to the industry. As a result, both shortlisted entrants and winners of the 2018 and 2019 awards have continued their great work and are encouraged to do more. We are excited to present the Infrastructure Masons Diversity and Inclusion Champion 2020 Award to celebrate industry leaders whose work has made significant and sustained impact for underrepresented groups.
