Software developers and project managers in small companies often have difficulty estimating the time to complete a task due to the specificity of many of the smaller tasks required. Further, as the project gets underway, tracking & controlling becomes a laborious process where users do extra work updating the tasks’ status, which lags the actual work completed.
The Quayside project management AI app helps teams be more productive by automating project planning, tracking, and decision-making. The app guides users through best-practice project management processes to help them understand the project objectives by asking simple questions like: What is the name of your project? When does the project need to be completed? How much budget would you like to allocate to this project? What are the key objectives for a successful project? Then, Quayside breaks down the tasks in a hierarchical structure. The effort to do each task is estimated and the timeline is created. The project plan is autogenerated and, as users review the plan, they can make adjustments to improve Quayside’s understanding of the project. Quayside then guides users through starting and completing tasks critical for a project’s success while also connecting with users’ coding tools allowing for real-time updating of the project status without ever having to input a status again.
