About the Nominee:Kelly Manthey is the CEO of Kin + Carta, a global digital transformation consultancy committed to working alongside our clients to build a world that works better for everyone.
In 2006, as the first full-time employee, Kelly joined Solstice — a legacy brand which ultimately became part of what Kin + Carta is today. On the ground floor of a high growth tech company, she dug into every aspect of the business to support its growth. Today, as Global CEO, Kelly is responsible for the creation and execution of long-term strategy, overall firm performance, and global business operations.
Kelly has a unique ability to effectively bridge communication between engineering and business organizations, all while driving innovation. She is versed at wearing many hats, finds energy when given the opportunity to color outside of the lines, and uses the diversity of her experience to go ‘all-in’ on any initiative she is part of. As a leader, Kelly practices mindfulness and empathy to keep herself grounded and compassionate to the needs of others in a high performance environment.
While her work keeps her curious mind energized, Kelly’s favorite and proudest roles have been being mom to Jack and PJ and wife to Paul. She is a runner with three full marathons under her belt and enjoys reading, personal fitness, and cooking.
