BioAward Category - Chapter Leader: Deepak Chaudhry has been an active member of the Houston HIMSS Chapter board for almost 10 years and spent the last 6 years serving in a President capacity. He has steered several local and regional initiatives to help educate and advocate for Health IT, collaborate on events with regional HIMSS chapters and the Texas Medical Center. He led the Houston HIMSS chapter in 2019 to be the recipient of the HIMSS Chapter of the year award.
