TWCC is a stepping stone that helps the community by providing emergency or temporary assistance.
TWCC has partnered with other non-profit organizations that make us all successful in our mission and vision. With the help of other non-profit organizations, our Heat Relief program is a huge success.
Although TWCC has only been in existence since Dec 2025, we already have help 100’s of individuals with food, clothing, and water.
TWCC’s mission
Is to provide safe shelter, essential care, and compassionate support to individuals to help empower them to regain stability, dignity, and hope.
Our mission is to uplift unhoused adults through temporary housing, nutritious meals, and services that restore dignity and promote long-term well-being.
Short-term measurable goals/vision
TWCC's short-term goal is to apply for grants that will help us with gas, Insurance, storage, groceries, gift cards, bookkeeping, and CPA services.
We also want to be able to provide more bus passes that will provide transportation to and from work and assist individuals with Housing move in cost.
We want to provide stable housing and essential support services to at least 100 individuals within 2 years.
Long-term goal/vision
TWCC’s long-term goal is to be able to purchase a van that will assist our clients with grocery shopping.
We want to provide stable housing and essential support services to at least 500 individuals within 5 years.
Program and Services:
Together We Care Community offers several programs and ways to get involved.
1. We provide Wigs and offer a beauty class for women who have undergone chemotherapy and have lost their hair.
2. Together We Care Community provides support to athletic teams by providing water (or hydrating drinks) to the players after the games.
3. Together we care community provides food free of charge for the community by using personal funds and vehicles to drive to Midwest Foodbank (72 miles round trip) twice a month to distribute to whoever needs it. (no Eligibility requirements)
4. Together We Care community provides families or individuals who are in need with Furniture and clothing. We partnered with City Serve and other gift-in-kind companies.
5. Together We Care Community has visited the elderly in recovery and rest homes. We provide trinkets or small gifts to help lift their mood.
6. Provide a scholarship to the youth “Sow a Seed” program that teaches the children about gardening.
Target Population:
Our Target population includes veterans, seniors, and Homeless individuals in the urban area of Phoenix, AZ, who are facing economic challenges.
