Through an integrated network of programs, we provide immediate relief while building long-term community resilience.
Each year, CCF serves thousands of individuals through emergency food distribution, our FrescaZona community market, SNAP outreach, nutrition education, and our Medical Food Box Program, which connects healthcare providers with healthy food as part of chronic disease prevention and management. We also operate community gardens and urban agriculture initiatives that increase access to fresh produce while creating opportunities for environmental education, volunteerism, and neighborhood engagement.
Our work extends beyond food access. We invest in youth development through after-school programs, service-learning, leadership opportunities, and community spaces where young people can learn, grow, and contribute. By bringing together healthcare providers, schools, nonprofits, businesses, volunteers, and residents, we create collaborative solutions that improve health outcomes and strengthen community capacity.
