Dear Arizona Financial,
On behalf of Changing Point Community Development Center, a 501(c)(3) organization, we respectfully request your partnership and support to help expand our community empowerment programs. Our mission is to guide individuals and families from crisis to stability, from survival to sustainability, and from potential to purpose through targeted education, resources, and community-centered support.
To achieve this, we are seeking a grant of $20,000 to directly fund our core community initiatives over the next 12 months. This investment will allow us to intentionally expand our capacity to serve 200 local youth and seniors across three critical pillars:
• Youth Academic & Leadership Support (Targeting 100 Youth): Providing after-school programs that offer a safe environment, free tutoring, recreational activities, and life skills training in financial literacy and career readiness.
• Health & Wellness Education (Targeting 50 Seniors): Delivering tailored physical and emotional wellness resources for seniors to encourage active, independent, and connected lifestyles.
• Community Engagement & Mentorship (Targeting 50 Multi-generational Families): Hosting purposeful events and mentorship opportunities that foster unity, confidence, and positive decision-making.
An investment from Arizona Financial will directly impact local families by providing the tangible resources necessary to keep these programs free and accessible. Funding will be strictly allocated to the following direct program expenses:
• Educational materials, free tutoring supplies, and financial literacy curriculum.
• Youth sports equipment and healthy snacks/nutrition for after-school sessions.
• Essential program supplies and materials for senior wellness events.
• Transportation assistance to ensure safe access to programs for high-need participants.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and every adult deserves the opportunity to remain active, healthy, and connected. Together, we can create lasting changes that benefit generations to come.
