Why you feel this person deserves this award.I believe Affiliate of the Year is about more than attending events or promoting a business. It is about becoming part of the REALTOR® community, investing in its success, and consistently showing up for the people and causes that make it stronger. That is what I have worked to do through Crystal Clear Promotions. I approach my role as an Affiliate with the same philosophy I bring to my business: relationships come first. I believe Affiliates have an opportunity to be true partners to REALTORS®, to support one another professionally, and to use our businesses and connections to strengthen the communities we all serve. I also try to lead by example. Whether I am encouraging another Affiliate to become more involved, supporting a REALTOR® in their business, connecting people who can help one another, volunteering alongside our members, or simply being the person willing to roll up my sleeves when something needs to get done, I want my involvement to have value beyond my company name being in the room. I show up. I contribute. I connect people. And I genuinely want the REALTORS® and Affiliates around me to succeed, both professionally and personally. To me, that is what being an Affiliate partner should represent, and why receiving Affiliate of the Year would be such a meaningful honor.
