Why you feel this person deserves this award.I am proud to nominate DBJ Home Inspections for Member of the Year. DBJ represents exactly what an engaged Affiliate member should be, showing up, getting involved, creating value, and finding new ways to support our Realtor members and our association.
This year, DBJ spearheaded our “Bring Your Realtor to Work Day,” an idea that became a banner success! The program gave Realtors a hands-on opportunity to better understand the home inspection process, ask questions, and gain knowledge they can use to better serve their clients. The response was so positive that our members are now asking for it to become a class, an incredible example of what happens when an Affiliate brings an idea to the table and turns it into something meaningful.
As Vice-Chair of the Affiliate Committee, Brittney has also done an outstanding job representing our Affiliate members. She leads by example, participates, supports association initiatives, builds relationships, and continually looks for opportunities to strengthen the connection between Affiliates and Realtors.
DBJ Home Inspections understands that being an Affiliate is about far more than promoting a business. It is about contributing your time, expertise, ideas, and resources to make the entire association stronger.
Their commitment, creativity, and willingness to step up have made a real impact on our members, and I am proud to nominate DBJ Home Inspections for this well-deserved recognition.
