Why you feel this person deserves this award.I am proud to nominate Devon Morante for Educator of the Year. Devon truly understands that one of the greatest things we can give our Realtor members is knowledge they can actually use.
Devon spearheaded our “Bring Your Realtor to Work Day,” giving Realtors hands on training and showing them what to look for during a home inspection. Instead of simply talking about it in a classroom, he gave members the opportunity to see, ask questions, and learn in a real world environment. The program was such a success that members are already asking for more!
Devon also taught an outstanding class on the new 4 Point Inspection forms. The class was informative, relevant, and gave our Realtors a better understanding of the changes and how they can impact their clients and transactions.
Devon truly knows his craft, but what makes him an exceptional educator is how willingly he shares that knowledge. He gives Realtors practical tools to recognize the simple things they can look for in a home so they can be proactive rather than reactive.
His passion for educating and helping our members become better informed professionals is exactly why Devon is so deserving of Educational Excellence.
