Why you feel this person deserves this award.I am proud to nominate myself for Affiliate Member of the Year, not simply for the time I have given, but because I genuinely believe in our association, our members, our foundation, and the importance of protecting property rights.
As Chair of the Community Outreach & Events Committee for the Treasure Coast, I prioritize active advocacy. When we host events, I don’t just post online,
I visit real estate offices, deliver flyers, personally invite Realtors, promote our Housing Foundation and grants, and remind members that our association is where relationships are built, education happens, advocacy begins, and opportunity is created.
As the owner of a skilled trade company, I have experienced firsthand the value this association brings to my business, and I am committed to paying that value forward. I sponsor events, meet with Realtors to better support their needs, share resources, recruit new Affiliate members, and proudly serve as a Gold Level Sponsor.
My commitment extends beyond sponsorship. I give my time, relationships, and voice to strengthen our industry. I advocate for property rights locally and at the state level, and I work to build collaboration between the Realtor association and the Treasure Coast Builders Association because real estate, construction, housing, skilled trades, and property rights are deeply connected.
Receiving Affiliate Member of the Year would be a true honor because I want businesses outside traditional real estate circles to see they belong here. Contractors, skilled trades, and local service providers all play a vital role in housing and property ownership, and together we strengthen our industry and community.
I don’t participate to simply have my company’s name in the room. I participate to make the room bigger, bring more people into it, and leave our association stronger than I found it.
To me, that is what being an Affiliate member is all about.
