Why you feel this person deserves this award.I am proud to nominate Jennifer Picardi with Geneva Financial for Affiliate Member of the Year. Jennifer has been a longtime member of our association and someone who truly represents what it means to serve, educate, advocate, and give back.
One of Jennifer’s greatest passions is our Attainable Housing Foundation. As a Trustee, she doesn’t simply lend her name to the Foundation. She serves with her whole heart. Jennifer is a constant advocate for the $2,500 grant program and has personally helped numerous families throughout our community take advantage of this incredible resource on their path to homeownership.
What makes Jennifer’s involvement so impactful is her commitment to education. She makes sure our Realtor members understand the resources available through the Foundation so they, in turn, can share those opportunities with their clients. She truly believes in this program and never misses an opportunity to advocate for it.
Throughout the year, Jennifer also sponsors educational classes and helps keep our members informed about the latest mortgage trends and changes affecting buyers and the real estate industry. She willingly shares her knowledge and uses her experience to help our Realtors become better resources for their clients.
And Jennifer brings something else that is equally important. She brings FUN! Her personality, enthusiasm, and genuine love for our association make people want to be involved.
Jennifer is an incredible representative of her industry, our Foundation, and our association. She doesn’t just participate. She educates, advocates, serves, and makes a real difference in the lives of families in our community.
