Why you feel this person deserves this award.I am proud to nominate JLX Environmental for Affiliate Company of the Year. To me, JLX represents what being an Affiliate is really about. They participate, they educate, they advocate, and they genuinely care about making our association and our members stronger.
JLX consistently shows up and gets involved, but what I appreciate most is their willingness to share their knowledge. They have taken an active role in educating our Realtors about mold thru their “Bring your Realtor to work day”class and the problems it can create in a home and during a real estate transaction, and most importantly, the solutions. Mold can be an overwhelming subject for Realtors and their clients, and JLX has made it a priority to be a resource our members can learn from and trust.
Their involvement doesn’t stop there. JLX supports our Affordable Housing Foundation, RPAC, property rights, and the work our association does to strengthen homeownership in our community. They give their time, resources, expertise, and support because they truly believe in what we are working toward.
What stands out to me about JLX is that they aren’t involved just to get their company name in front of Realtors. They show up to contribute, build relationships, educate our members, and make a difference.
That is what a great Affiliate company should do, and it is why I am sincerely proud to nominate JLX Environmental for Affiliate Company of the Year.
