Why you feel this person deserves this award.I nominate Crystal Knott of Crystal Clear Promotions for RWorld Affiliate of the Year. Crystal represents everything an outstanding affiliate should be: engaged, dependable, collaborative, generous, and genuinely committed to our Association, its members, and our community. Crystal’s support goes far beyond attending events or placing her company’s name on a sponsorship. When an event lacks the resources to move forward, Crystal steps in—often providing the support that makes it possible. She understands the value these programs bring and will not allow an important opportunity to disappear because help is needed. Through Crystal Clear Promotions, she has become one of our strongest partners. She consistently participates, contributes, promotes programs, creates connections, and encourages collaboration among REALTORS®, affiliates, businesses, and community organizations. She brings financial support, energy, ideas, professional resources, and personal involvement. This year, Crystal became an RPAC Major Investor. She understands that advocacy produces real results for businesses, clients, property owners, and communities. As she explained, RPAC’s advocacy allows her clients to retain more resources to invest in marketing and growing their businesses.
Crystal has made RPAC contributions a permanent part of Crystal Clear Promotions’ annual budget, demonstrating that advocacy is an ongoing responsibility and an investment in our industry’s future. Crystal leads by example, showing that a true REALTOR® affiliate does more than conduct business—she shows up, builds relationships, responds to needs, supports the community, and invests in others.
