Why you feel this person deserves this award.I believe I am deserving of recognition as Global REALTOR® of the Year because my commitment to global real estate extends beyond transactions. I have intentionally built my career around connecting people, markets, cultures, and opportunities while contributing to the advancement of the REALTOR® profession locally, nationally, and internationally.
With real estate experience in Florida, Georgia, and Jamaica, I bring a unique perspective to cross-border business. My Jamaican heritage and professional experience in both the United States and Jamaica allow me to serve as a bridge for diaspora clients, international buyers, investors, and real estate professionals seeking access to opportunities across markets.
My commitment is also reflected in my professional service, including serving as a Florida Realtors® Director, participating on NAR’s Global Business & Alliances Committee, serving on the Realtors Association of Jamaica Education Committee, and engaging in global and professional-development initiatives.
Education is equally important to my work. Earning the CIPS designation and other REALTOR® credentials has strengthened my ability to serve diverse clients, while becoming a Florida Realtors® faculty member has allowed me to help educate and develop other real estate professionals.
What distinguishes my global real estate journey is the combination of practice, education, leadership, service, and cultural connection. I view global real estate as building relationships across borders, creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, strengthening professional standards, and helping people use real estate to build a better future.
