Submission AbstractParadigm Robotics has developed FireBot, the world’s first, high-temperature resistant, wirelessly controlled, obstacle-climbing robot that can be deployed into burning buildings to efficiently search for human life and identify any hazardous situation, without necessitating firefighters to physically enter structural fires and risk their lives.
Value Proposition FireBot drastically mitigates risks in search and rescue operations, saves fire departments over $2B annually, increases the efficiency of search and rescue operations, and provides potentially life-saving information, reducing 12% of all firefighting injuries and 75% of all hazardous exposures.
How we plan to make moneyRevenue streams will be generated by a two-pronged one-time sales model and a leased yearly subscription model, in a B2G and B2B configuration between Paradigm Robotics and municipal/state governments or fire departments. The one-time cost for a FireBot is $90k and the yearly subscription is $20k.
Launch StrategyParadigm Robotics has not launched FireBot. After 4 years of R&D and 3 versions of FireBot, we are developing FireBot V4, our MVP by Q3 2023. Paradigm Robotics go-to-market strategy will involve a beta-testing with Texas fire services, before regional deployment and national standardization.
