How we plan to make moneyISurvey is a paid service for farm owners with usage-based billing. Users will pay a monthly subscription fee of $5/acre. Additionally, users will be charged a one-time equipment & installation fee of $950 per drone, with payment plan options.
Launch StrategyUsing our MVP, we are conducting multiple pilot studies at Gorman Heritage Farm to test and optimize our product. Once optimized, we plan to sell our subscription to commercial farms in Ohio, eventually covering the entire Midwest. Our potential markets include National Parks & Expos.
