Value Proposition 14 million dogs/year have mobility impairment, must be held up for potty, or need bladder expression. These activities are messy, time-consuming, frustrating, and risk injury! Potty Pal™ results in less euthanasia, longer life, and healthier, cleaner, faster, easier, and affordable potty sessions!
How we plan to make moneyThe total addressable market for Potty Pal™ is 1.5 billion dollars, and at steady state, we will earn 37 million per year in sales! Our target market includes dog owners and veterinarians. We will sell direct to consumers, through veterinary recommendations, and via retailers, with a price of $325.
Launch StrategyPHI™ has not launched yet. It has validated the market need and size, raised necessary capital, and established key partnerships with world-leading veterinarians and a premier product development firm. PHI™ is currently developing professional prototypes for beta testing and will launch in Q3 2023!
