AboutGrowing up, I always knew I didn’t want a typical office job—I actually started my first business as a pet sitter when I was 13. I’m also a major homebody. Since home is such a special place to me, I understand the importance of “home” for buyers—it’s always much more than just four walls.
I specialize in farm and rural transactions, and negotiate many intricate details—oil, gas and mineral rights; septic and water challenges; and solar panel leases. I even negotiate who gets the tractor on closing day. I also have the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist certification, and I help clients looking to enjoy the great outdoors with a vacation home.
As a Gold Award Girl Scout, community service has been a lifelong passion of mine. I’m also on the outreach committee at my church, and I’m a court-appointed special advocate for at-risk youth in foster care. I believe that as a real estate agent, I’m a community partner who is here to help improve the lives of others.
