Project Intent StatementThe 5,200 sq.ft. restaurant was designed to draw the outside in, transition with the moods of the day and provides guests with a variety of unique experiences. The bar anchors the space and opens a connection between a lively streetscape and a dynamic interior. The greenhouse, tucked away in the corner, offers a quiet lunchtime retreat and counterpoint to the elevated lounge with colored stage lights that energize the space at night. The inhabitable, ironclad tequila tower seats eight and securely showcases an amazing tequila portfolio. At the point of sale, illuminated marquee signage attracts customers and is a whimsical nod to the owners’ original location
