I am proud to nominate Bonnie Metviner for the Myrtle T. "Andy" Anderson Memorial Leadership Mentorship Award at RWORLD. Over the past 20 years, Bonnie has exemplified the qualities of leadership, mentorship, and dedication that this award represents. Bonnie has been a guiding force in our Association, helping countless Realtors grow into successful leaders. Many of today’s respected professionals got their start thanks to Bonnie’s mentorship. She has a remarkable talent for recognizing potential and takes great pride in nurturing it, offering invaluable guidance to those under her wing. Her leadership is about empowering others to reach their full potential. Bonnie’s commitment to excellence, coupled with her selfless contributions to others' growth, makes her an ideal candidate for this prestigious award. Why you feel this person deserves this award.Bonnie goes above and beyond to attend all Association & political events. Bonnie has many leaders and up coming leaders of our local association & Florida Realtors & RRC. Bonnie was a mentor in the RWorld Leadership Academy. Bonnie chaired Leadership Academy @ Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors in 2007. She is always ready ,willing & able to step into Leadership roles where is needed. Bonnie was part of the big merger with Fort Lauderdale & Palm Beach. Took a step back for the benefit of the members. Bonnie always travels to all the Florida Realtors meetings & NAR meetings. Bonnie has served as a Key Contact since 2017 until current. Traveling to Tallahassee & mentoring others along the way. Traveling to Washington DC and mentoring other Realtors there as well. Served as a mentor in the RRC mentorship program.
