Why you feel this person deserves this award.Sean deserves this award because from the moment I started attending the events associated with this board he has always been there, and not only he shows up to the events, he makes sure everyone feels welcomed and included. Even on the times he is not sponsoring the events he goes the extra mile to introduce himself, he encourages new attendees to become affiliates and is a fervent believer of the power of Marketing Madness, which is a beautiful way to connect realtors to affiliates. Sean has also been part of the board, taking the leadership academy , sponsoring, and going the extra mile with the board, that including him stepping up when other affiliates have dropped the ball. Sean also holds great relationships with everyone working behind the scenes, making sure EVERYONE feels included and cared for. Sean has also been part of the community outreach makes sure others participate. I think he is an exemplary affiliate and should get this award.
