Why you feel this person deserves this award.Patty's commitment to service is evident in her active and ongoing role as a mentor to myself and so many others in the BEACHES Leadership Academy for 2024 and many years previous. As a mentor to my mentee group she has introduced strategies and insightful guidance that has enhanced both mine and my teams effectiveness and our reach during our project together. We have heard nothing except how she has consistently provided that level of attention and experience to every mentee on the academy every year that she has served. She demonstrates an uncommon and outstanding ability to be a great leader and help empower future leaders in the world/industry of real estate. One of the most commendable aspects of Patty' s leadership is their commitment to service. She has taken on numerous responsibilities within the REALTOR® organization, often going above and beyond what is expected. Her contributions have had a lasting impact, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
