Why you feel this person deserves this award.I have known Crystal since she was a single agent and watched her grow a large team of like minded agents. So, it was no surprise when she shared the news that she was opening her own brokerage.
Crystal is a strong broker, with a great business mindset and when she sets a goal, she not only accomplishes it, but she CRUSHES it and she pushes her agents to do the same! She has taken her brokerage from just her team to over 60 agents in just a few short years! Crystal strives to make her office feel like family and makes sure all her agents have the tools needed to succeed in their real estate journey!
She is, in my humble opinion, the perfect recipient for the Broker of The Year award for the Treasure Coast!
