Why you feel this person deserves this award.Virginia has been leading her team at Illustrated since 1998, growing the organization to over 600 associates. She is dedicated to Rworld through state and national levels. After being a founding member of the Masters Brokers Palm Beach Chapter in 2012 she became a Board member for the newly merged RAPB+GFLR. Virginia's philanthropy is endless. Most recently she is on the boards of the Girl Scout council of Palm Beach, Executive Women's Council, the Forum club, Women's Business Council, and Palm Beach North Chamber Education Foundation. Virginia Leads her team to excellence by encouraging them to take their training to the next level with Rworld training and events. She makes herself available to any member looking for guidance, not just those at Illustrated Properties.
