When I think of Marketing Madness one of the first people to come to my mind is Kelley Rae-Murphy. She is a champion for the MM program, she works hard as a volunteer to make the PBG location grow, she is engaging, fun yet enforcing to keep us on track. She is always ready to help at other MM locations and the moderators. She has brought in some insightful guest speakers and wants to see all members get the most out of MM that they can. MM is growing and new moderators, such as Kelley is helping to take MM to the next level; that even other associations such as ORRA have inquired about wanting to do MM in their area. Kudos to Kelley for all she has done. She deserves to be the 2024 Marketing Madness Champion

Why you feel this person deserves this award.Kelley Rae-Murphy is the heart and soul of Marketing Madness held in Palm Beach Gardens. She started out filling in as the Moderator in 2022 and she was appointed full time as the Moderator of the event in January 2023. Her dedication and commitment shines through as she has never missed a Thursday meeting. The event in two years has evolved to almost standing room only every week. She single -handedly coordinates leadership and local special guest speakers to the meetings to help educate fellow realtors on topics of importance to help make them successful. Kelley encourages the agents to participate for the community outreach at the meetings too. Some of these projects include the Red Apple, socks for the homeless Ciliation, Painting for a cause as well as several others. She is a big champion for future leaders to get involved with the board and to also support and donate to RPAC. Kelley has been an active member since 2015. She has served on the community Outreach committee since that time and chaired the committee in 2020. She is active Rworld board member since 2022. Kelley has also been instrumental in bringing special programs to the membership such as the four recent programs with the Palm Beach County Planning and Zoning. Kelly Rae-Murphy is definitely the glue that holds the Marketing Madness together every Thursday.
