She was a key factor in growing Guardian Angel inspections from a Palm Beach only company to a Broward to Orlando company. She made the connections by showing up every day, everywhere. Her offices didn't lack for attention and neither did Rworld. In 2024, Gina applied to be on the PB Regional Board. When President David Serle made the call to ask her for her service on the Broward Regional board, she didn't hesitate to say yes.
