It consolidates all 8-10 tools currently used to manage a high school sports team into one, single platform.
By streamlining high school sports management, Motiv helps coaches teach teamwork, discipline, and time management to youth more effectively. By providing sport programs more structure for all demographics, Motiv can support millions of student-athletes' personal growth, on and off the field.
In order to avoid yearlong sales cycles, Motiv foregoes a set-up fee or subscription model. Instead, Motiv's revenue is from in-app team donations and merch/equipment sales, affiliate partnerships, college scout subscriptions, and NIL; all designed to support high school teams with no additional fee
