Submission DescriptionTally is a sustainable fintech company that eliminates the need for paper receipts by providing convenient, safe, contactless digital receipts. When users tap on a POS terminal, a receipt is stored via app, providing a consolidated platform where users manage receipts and retailers engage customers.
Receipt management is a universal issue – receipts cost 3.7M trees, 10B gallons of water, emit as much carbon as 500k cars, and 85% of receipts contain BPS chemicals. Tally’s contactless solution eliminates the need for paper receipts, reducing environmental waste and exposure to toxic chemicals.
Tally’s main revenue stream is our B2C model: tiered premium plans unlock a budget tracker and an additional ad-free experience for $4.99 or $9.99/month, respectively. Our B2B plan obtains $4.99/month from stores using our anonymous consumer data and ~25¢/user annually from ad impressions.
