Submission DescriptionTouchStone is solving the $101B that ecommerce retailers lose to refund fraud by building an API-first platform that integrates into customer support ticketing software like Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. to detect refund fraud during live customer support chats and calls using LLM & RAG-based AI agents.
We protect ecommerce retailers from refund fraud while ensuring legitimate customers get faster service. By preventing fraud that costs retailers 3x more than credit card fraud, we help preserve jobs & marketplaces, reduce prices for honest consumers, & reduce week-long investigations to seconds.
Our business model combines a $10K monthly base license, $50/seat pricing (500 seats = $25K/month), 20% of recovered fraud losses ($100-133K/month for enterprise), and add-on services ($3K/month). Our pilot clients, ie American Eagle, validate this by currently paying similar amounts for fraud tools
