Why you feel this person deserves this award.Nicoles is the true meaning of a rising star. Nicole was a mentee in in the 2024 leadership academy that I was the mentor for. She was at the top of the class. Since leadership academy she has been involved in so many things within our association. Nicole is always inspiring our future leaders. Nicole is the first to volunteer. Nicole is always willing to share her knowledge with others. I see Nicole continuing to grow on her leadership path and one day our President.
