Having served on the board as the Affiliate Representative for three consecutive prior years, the affiliate committee since the start in both member and vice chair positions, Brittany consistently ensures her fellow affiliates have a voice. She is always there to support them, offering guidance when issues arise and collaborating to find solutions. She also encourages other affiliates to engage with the board, participate in events, take advantage of educational opportunities, and make the most of networking activities that can benefit their businesses.
Brittany lives by the philosophy that you get out what you put in. She is a staunch advocate for the affiliate community and works tirelessly to foster collaboration among members for the overall growth and success of the association.
Brittany genuinely believes that without RWorld, her business would not be where it is today. She sees giving back to the association as her way of expressing gratitude for the support she's received throughout her journey.
