Why I believe I’m a strong candidate for the Rising Star Award:
Before becoming licensed, I was already immersed in real estate—flipping homes, managing investment properties, and leading renovation projects. Since stepping into the REALTOR® role, I’ve co-founded The Masci Team with my husband, Michael Masci, combining our strengths as a married duo to offer clients a more thoughtful and hands-on experience.
As part of Signature One Luxury Estates, I focus on both luxury and first-time buyers, using AI, video, and social media to build trust and connect meaningfully with clients. I’m also proud to serve on the Public Relations Team for Signature Gives Back, the charitable arm of Signature Real Estate Companies. Giving back is deeply important to me, and I regularly volunteer my time to help elevate local causes and serve our community.
I stay engaged with mentors and peers, promote collaboration over competition, and believe in uplifting others through shared knowledge and positivity. I would be honored to be recognized as a Rising Star and continue growing within the RWorld community.
