As Executive Director of Luxury Sales, Marcy leads by example. She empowers her boutique team with compassion and determination, embracing collaboration and professionalism in all circumstances. We have been honored to be part of her team—Michael among the few men invited into her inner circle—and we’ve both witnessed her treat everyone with warmth, generosity, and sincerity.
Even while recovering from a broken collarbone earlier this year, Marcy hosted a full-scale Tour of Homes event, personally greeting every guest and treating the entire group to dinner at day’s end. Her resilience, even through visible and invisible challenges, is a testament to her integrity and heart.
Marcy is also a visionary marketer, embracing the shift in our industry with a cutting-edge, client-focused approach to branding and educational video content. Her “One Who Gets It Done” mindset reflects her personal ethos: focused, refined, and always results-driven with care.
