Why you feel this person deserves this award.I’m proud to nominate Kenny Silverman for the RWorld Trailblazer Award. Kenny truly defines what it means to lead with purpose, dedication, and heart, at the local, state, and national levels, while never losing touch with his roots here at RWorld and BeachesMLS.
What makes Kenny stand out is not just his impressive leadership résumé, but the way he continues to show up locally with the same energy and commitment he brings to Tallahassee or Washington, D.C. Despite his many state and national roles, Kenny remains deeply connected to our local association by mentoring, guiding, and always available to lend his support. He wears the RWorld brand with pride and represents us with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Kenny has served as a State Director, National Director, past State Major Investor Chair, and is currently a member of the Major Investor Council and Participation Council, and a member of the NAR Consumer Advocacy Advisory Board. His leadership has inspired countless others to get involved, myself included, and he’s always the first to offer help when someone is ready to take the next step in their journey.
Locally, he’s been a consistent leader and presence. In 2025 alone, he’s serving as Treasurer, Chair of the Investment Committee, Leadership Academy Mentor, Membership Engagement Committee, Leadership Development Committee, Credentials Oversight Committee, and RPAC Board Member. His fingerprints are on so many initiatives that have made a difference for our members, from Government Affairs and RPAC to Finance & Investment, and yet he’s never about credit; he’s about collaboration, progress, and helping others rise.
Kenny leads by example and has carved a path that so many of us look up to. He is truly a trailblazer in every sense of the word, one who never forgets where he came from and never stops pushing for what’s possible.
