Why you feel this person deserves this award.Erin has become a champion of the changes with our contracts and riders. She not only sits on the state committee to keep up with the changes she makes herself available to our member offices and our own Professional Development Department to teach and encourage members to be aware and knowledgeable of the changes. Coming to multiple Marketing Madness meeting to remind everyone of the upcoming changes and offering to stay after to explain the complexities especially in the condo arena. She weekly makes social media posts to further remind members of the changes while promoting upcoming classes and events. With the complexities of the recent forms' changes and the likely future changes we couldn't ask for a better ambassador for our members and association.
