Submission AbstractThis career rewards effort, consistency and heart, and those are the things I’ve always leaned on. I love that real estate has taught me so many life lessons, including that I am capable of far more than I could have ever imagined as a 22-year-old entering the business. I have my mentors to thank for that because they saw something in me that I did not. This experience has shown me that you can do anything you set your mind to and really make a large impact on your community.
Everything that makes me a strong agent came from real experience, learning through serving clients and figuring things out the hard way. I have always believed someone does not need a degree to become a remarkable agent. What matters is showing up, caring about people and being willing to outwork your excuses. My education gave me a foundation, but real growth happened in the field and in my community.
