Submission AbstractI grew up around small-business ownership, entrepreneurship and investing, so building something from the ground up always felt natural. My mom began her real estate career in 2011, during one of the toughest markets in recent history, and watching her navigate that period left a lasting impression.
In 2020, after selling and launching a clothing company, I joined the Ji Group as an unlicensed assistant. It was only meant to be temporary, but I very quickly fell in love with the industry, the relationships and the pace of the work. As my role grew, obtaining my real estate license felt like the natural next step. Since then, we have seen strong growth in sales, systems and professional development. Real estate gave me the opportunity to combine business, service and leadership in a way that felt authentic, and what began by accident became a career I am deeply committed to building.
