Aside from accumulating real estate skills and experience from selling over 55 homes in a span of almost a decade, I recently graduated from both Stanford's Influence and Negotiations Strategies and Harvard's Negotiation & Leadership Programs. This has helped me consistently give my clients an upper hand in negotiations, creating the best results possible and maximizing client happiness as evidenced by my testimonials. In addition, I regularly attend city council meetings and have memorized the zoning development codes of all the core cities I serve, which include max floor area, setbacks, single story overlay restrictions, ADU requirements and allowances, local tree ordinances and more.
