That attracted me to real estate because at the end of the day if I don't produce, it's on me and nobody else. I felt if I was working toward building a business for myself, rather than building a business for someone else, I would be more motivated to do everything necessary to create a thriving business. Now, knowing that I am good at what I do and can confidently guide my clients through every obstacle, I know what separates me from other agents. That pushes me to go out and find people who need my help—whenever they need me—because of the value I bring through hard work and problem-solving.
