To enter, a firm must be a member in good standing of the Sales and Marketing Council of Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina.

All entries must be for work or results achieved, completed and/or produced in 2022 and in use by December 31, 2022, for product in the Columbia Metropolitan (including Sumter) area or utilizing media in the Columbia Metropolitan (including Sumter) area for the specific promotion of the sales and marketing of new homes.
