WELCOME TO THE 2023 MAKE MORE HAPPEN AWARDS NOMINATION FORM
We are excited to get territory managers and others in the field to nominate agents for a Make More Happen Award, for the first time!

Before you nominate an agency, make sure to talk to them about what they are doing in the community, see if the nonprofit they would nominate fits the giving criteria (make sure to review exclusions) and that they understand everything that the program entails should they be selected as a winner. 

After receiving your nomination, the agent will receive an automated message inviting them to fill out the pre-application. We will handle all the follow-up!

Make your nominations before July as all pre-screen applications are due August 1, 2023. All final applications are due September 1, 2023.
