Each year, the REALTORĀ® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) Scholarship Committee will award scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each. Half of the scholarships will be available to members in good standing of RASM or to immediate family members from RASM (i.e. a spouse, child, or grandchild). "Children" shall be deemed to include stepchildren, foster children, or adopted children, regardless of marital status or age. Half of the scholarships will also be available to the public.

Eligible students must be high school students who either plan to attend or are already accepted to attend an accredited public or private university, college, community college, or technical school OR a student currently enrolled at an accredited public or private university, college, community college or technical school. Students who are dually enrolled in high school and higher education courses are also eligible. There are no limitations as to the location of the college or university attended, as long as the applicant indicates that they are from the two-county area.
