Welcome to the 2021 REAL Awards.

We believe this year’s awards presentation will be exciting and noteworthy, as we look to recognize innovation and leadership during a challenging rejuvenation of the commercial real estate market. The 2021 REAL Awards program is aligned to harmonize the traditional, familiar categories with opportunities to spotlight the best, brightest, and most innovative projects and individuals in our midst. Among the already significant roster of awards, which include our corporate real estate executive, young leader and service provider of the year awards, we have returned to project awards while keeping awards for projects and initiatives that highlight sustainability and wellness, excellence, and diversity and inclusion.

Our panel of esteemed judges are real estate executives representing several different regions of the country and are not affiliated with the CoreNet Chicago Chapter. The judges will review and grade each submission based on a matrix provided for each category. They will then convene as a group to choose the 2021 winners, who will be announced in a virtual manner in January 2022.
