Now in its 24th year, TechPoint’s Mira Awards are Indiana’s best known and most prestigious technology awards. Mira Award nominees and winners have gone on to become the state’s greatest tech successes.

While the published deadline to enter the awards has passed, we are pleased to inform you that we will continue to accept award entries through Wednesday, February 1st, at 3 p.m. EST. Please create your account and choose your category or categories right away so that we know you will be participating.

Each year, award nominees and winners reap millions of dollars in value from promotion, venture capital investment, hiring success, and community connections as a result of the validation and visibility gained from participating in the awards.

The 2023 Mira Award winners will be announced live and in person during our gala held at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis on Saturday, April 22, 2023.

NOTICE: There have been changes in the STARTUP OF THE YEAR and SCALE-UP OF THE YEAR criteria. It was previously listed that only companies UNDER $5 Million in revenue for Startup and UNDER $20 million in revenue for Scale-up were eligible. These limiters have been removed and the categories are now open to startups and scaling companies of any revenue level.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Anyone may submit a nomination or entry.
  • There is no cost to nominate or enter.
  • Self-nomination through the entry process is common and encouraged. (You don’t have to be nominated by someone else, just go ahead and enter yourself.)
  • Individual entrants should work or live in the state of Indiana unless otherwise specified in the category description.
  • Company entrants should either be headquartered in Indiana or at a minimum have a comprehensive set of business functions located in Indiana, and Indiana employees should have been central to the business’ accomplishments or culture depending on the category. Only work done that includes Indiana-based employees will be considered for awards.
  • Association with TechPoint is not required and membership/sponsorship has no impact on an entrant’s chances of being named a nominee or winning.
  • Should an entry appear to better qualify for a different category than originally submitted, Mira Award judges and TechPoint staff reserve the right to move the entry into the more suitable category.
