Applications are now open for the MIT $100K Accelerate Competition! Submissions are due by Monday, February 17th at 11:59 pm ET.
If selected as a finalist, at least one member of your team must attend the MIT $100K Accelerate Startup Fair, taking place in person on March 10th at the MIT Media Lab. Additional information to be provided upon selection.
This year Accelerate will involve a dynamic, two-part competition with both segments evaluated by the panel of judges.
- Part 1: The 90-Second Pitch - Each team will take the stage for a 90-second live pitch—this is your chance to grab attention, deliver a compelling message, and make a lasting first impression.
- Part 2: Show & Tell Booths - After all teams have pitched, you’ll transition to a science fair-style format where each team will have an assigned booth. This is your opportunity to expand on your idea and answer questions with any supporting materials you prepare (PowerPoint, videos, posters, small prototypes, etc.).
