1) Applications for the 2023 Mizzou 18 Award and 2023 Mizzou '39 Award must be completed and submitted online by 5:00 pm on November 30th, 2022.
2) All applicants must be 2023 graduates. This included May, August, and December 2023 graduates.
- Must have a 3.0 GPA
- Must be in good standing with the University of Missouri
Mizzou '39 Applicants:
- Undergraduate seniors and 4+ students graduating in 2023
- If you are in a 5-year program that includes a Master's degree (for example, accountancy), you are eligible to apply for Mizzou '39 and NOT Mizzou 18.
Mizzou 18 Applicants:
- Graduate and professional students (Masters, Ph.D., etc.)
- If you are still in your undergraduate degree program that includes a Master's degree through an accelerated track, then do NOT apply for Mizzou 18 and instead apply for Mizzou '39.
3) All applications must include the following:
- all 3 completed essays
- a 1-page mentor essay (essay will be shared with the mentor at the end of the process)
- a resume without the applicant's names
- submit as a Microsoft Word doc, NOT a PDF
- must rename the file "MU Student Number Resume" (i.e., 12345678 Resume.doc)
- Mizzou 18 Applicants ONLY:
- Must include a 1-page peer nominating letter

Notified if advancing to First Round Interviews: Friday, January 13th, 2023
First Round Interviews: Sunday, January 22nd and Monday, January 23rd, 2023
Notified if advancing to Final Round Interviews: Wednesday, January 25th, 2023
Final Round Interviews: Sunday, January 29th and Monday, January 30th, 2023
Recipients of the Award will be notified by early-February, 2023. Once notified, it will be kept secret from the public until Reveal.
Mizzou 18 & '39 Reveal is in March 2023
BOTH Mizzou 18 & Mizzou '39 Awards Ceremony - Saturday, March 11th, 2023 - mid to late-afternoon
