This grant is an opportunity for first and second-year teachers to gain valuable classroom materials to help all students learn. This induction grant is being offered mid-year for a morale boost, as we know these first two years present unique challenges. In addition, midyear provides a time for reflection over the first semester to evaluate the needs of students to improve learning.
