- June 16, 2023 - All Letters of Intent due
- June 16 - August 2023- Letters of Intent under review
- September 8, 2023 - Invitations for full applications sent
- October 16, 2023 - Full applications due
- October - November 2023 - Full applications under review
- December 15, 2023 - Applicants notified of funding decisions
